These terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of products via the website “www.funnydane.com”. By submitting your order, you have expressly confirmed that the terms of sale have been READ and are ACCEPTED by you.

Orders
Your order will not be binding on Poul Willumsen P/S until we have accepted and sent the order and confirmed the shipment to you in writing. Automatic confirmations of receipt of the order are NOT an acceptance. Your order will only be accepted if the product is available for delivery.
Please note that the product colour displayed on your screen may differ from the actual colour of the product. You are welcome to visit us at our head office at Ryttermarken 3, 3520 Farum, to inspect the product and the available colours prior to your ordering of the product.
Prices
All prices are stated including VAT but excluding shipping costs. For delivery to countries outside the EU, customs duties and other possible local taxes such as VAT are NOT included. As a buyer, you are obliged to arrange for any customs clearance and payment of the local customs and other taxes.
Poul Willumsen P/S strives to ensure that all prices on www.funnydane.com are correct but cannot guarantee this until the order has been confirmed and shipped. Poul Willumsen P/S can at any time change prices without prior agreement. Should the price be changed after your order, you will receive a notification from us.
Delivery
We currently deliver to the following countries:
All EU countries as well as Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Japan.
We strive to process your order as soon as possible and deliver it within seven working days of ordering. However, reservations are made for delays that may inadvertently occur with transport companies.
For shipping goods, we usually use GLS Europe, DAO and Post Nord. All items are sent as packages and as a whole order. We do not part-deliver orders. Sent orders can be tracked on the respective carriers’ website. You will receive a track-and-trace number via e-mail when the package is sent.
Payment
Poul Willumsen P/S is approved by NETS, which handles all network payments in the delivery countries and we accept payment from the following cards/services:
Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro
You must make payment for your order when ordering. Upon receipt of your order, we reserve the amount on your card and we do not withdraw the reserved amount until the order is shipped. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to allow payment to us, your order, without further responsibility for Poul Willumsen P/S, will not be accepted.
Secure payment
Poul Willumsen P/S attaches great importance to maintaining the security of the information you provide, and therefore we use advanced Internet Security Systems to protect your data. In addition, www.funnydane.com is protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that all data you send through, including your credit/debit card number, name and address, are encrypted and converted into code before being securely transmitted via the Internet.
Complaints
In the event of delivery of incorrect or damaged goods, Poul Willumsen P/S must be informed immediately by e-mail to the address shop@funnydane.com, and you must complain to the shipping company/carrier within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If you have been sent the wrong item, or the item is damaged, we will of course pay the return shipping, and if possible, we will send you a new item. If this is not possible, you will get your money back.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase. According to the applicable rules, you must notify us if you wish to cancel the purchase and return an item. This must be done no later than 14 days after you have received the item. Write to us at support@funnydane.com. Remember to state the order number!
We then send the statutory return slip.
Then you must. as soon as possible and within 14 days, make sure that the item is received by us at the following address:

Please also note that you must return the item in unused and undamaged condition to get all your money back. Among other things, this means:
– that the goods must be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packaging corresponding to the one in which you received the package,
– that the goods must not have been used,
– that the goods must be returned in original bags, boxes, etc.
– that the goods must be returned with all pendants and any repair and maintenance kits,
That stickers from bags, boxes, etc., may not be written on, added to or removed.
You are responsible for the returned item until it is in our custody again. Therefore, pack the item securely as prescribed above and use a reputable shipping company for the shipment. Remember to get a receipt upon dispatch, so the package is insured during transport. The item must be sent back as a package, as otherwise it will not be insured.
Return packaging, return shipping, fees, etc.
Keep the packaging you receive your goods in until you are sure that you want to keep the goods. Poul Willumsen P/S does not reimburse the costs you may have for return packaging when you choose to return an item. We also do not refund return shipping and any fees you may have had for any bank, credit card or payment system when you paid for the order.
Return after use
According to the current rules, you are also allowed to return an item, even after you have used it. In that case, however, it is our own assessment based on the condition of the item upon receipt that determines how much of the item’s original selling price we will refund. As Poul Willumsen P/S does not sell used goods, you must expect that goods that bear the mark of having been taken into use will be set at an often very low value. If you add to this that you have to pay the return costs etc. yourself, you will often be better off if you sell the used item to another party.
If you are not satisfied with our assessment and refund regarding a product that has been used, you have the possibility of complaining to the Consumer Complaints Board. Read more here.

When do you get your money back?
When your returned item has been received at the above address and assessed by Poul Willumsen P/S, we will refund the assessment amount and transfer it to the credit card with which the item was paid. Return cases are processed within seven working days. However, please not that it may take some time before the amount is available in your account, depending on the payment method you used.

Right of complaint
Any complaints you may have about defects are decided in accordance with the rules of the Danish Sales Act.
As a consumer, you have a two-year right to make a complaint. If you have adapted or used an item in a way that is deemed to be misuse, the right to make a complaint lapses. If you complain 7-24 months after receipt of the item, you must make probable that the defect was present already at the time of receipt.
Contact Poul Willumsen P/S if you believe that the delivered product is defective and do not send the product to us before we have discussed your objections with you.
If there is a defect, you can expect to have the product repaired, re-delivered, receive a price reduction in compensation or get the full purchase price refunded, all depending on the specific circumstances and the nature of the defect.
Force majeure
Poul Willumsen P/S is not responsible for any errors or damage to the delivered products that you have ordered, or for any delay that may be caused by an event or circumstances beyond Poul Willumsen P/S ‘s reasonable control, including errors, insufficient or defective delivery or other similar relevant conditions involving our subcontractors or other partners.
Personal Information
No personal information registered with Poul Willumsen P/S will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only available to trusted employees of Poul Willumsen P/S.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights pertaining to products and intellectual property rights including copyright pertaining to all texts, images, and similar graphic representations displayed on the portal www.funnydane.com belong to Poul Willumsen P/S and may not be reproduced, manufactured or used without the written consent of Poul Willumsen P/S.
Venue
Sales and purchases made via the portal “www.funnydane.com” are subject to Danish law, and any legal dispute between you as the buyer and Poul Willumsen P/S must be decided by the court in Hillerød, Denmark.
Right of appeal
However, you have the opportunity to have a complaint processed by writing to support@funnydane.com
In addition, a complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal, to which reference is made (www.naevnenes hus.dk)
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used to lodge a complaint, including complaints from a buyer resident in another EU country. Complaints Should be submitted to http://ec.europa.eu/odr with a copy to support@funnydane.com
Validity
These terms and conditions of sale for funnydane.com are valid from1st October-2020 until further notice, and replace previous versions. They may be changed at any time by Poul Willumsen P/S without prior notice.
