- Introduction
1.1 Funnydane.com (“Funnydane”) processes personal information about you, in which connection we would advise you as follows.

(c) The processing is necessary for Funnydane to pursue its legitimate interests, in particular to improve user experience and security as well as to prevent fraud and abuse in connection with the purposes set out in clause 3.1 h.
3.3. We store your personal information on the following basis:
(a) Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, we store your personal information until the end of the contract.
(b) Where the processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, Funnydane will retain your personal information until you withdraw your consent.
(c) Where the processing is necessary for Funnydane to pursue its legitimate interests, Funnydane will retain your personal information for as long as we have a business purpose for doing so and for no longer than two years from the time you wish to unsubscribe.
(d) Where the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on Funnydane, we store your personal information in accordance with the Accounting Act in particular, which is three years from the time of purchase.

4.2 You can at any time gain insight into your personal information, request us to have incorrect personal information corrected, deleted or changed by contacting us via the contact information described in clause 6 below. You can also ask us to limit the processing, data portability or object to our processing of your personal data.
4.3 If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, you can contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
4.4 You have the right at any time to object to the processing of the personal data that we use to carry out direct marketing.

5.1 The transfer of your personal information to subsidiaries as well as to professional advisers may take place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
5.2 We reserve the right to use or disclose personal information to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, conduct inquiries in connection with complaints, respond to your requests or for investigative purposes.
5.3 We transfer your personal information to data processors in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the conclusion of data processing agreements with our data processor in order to ensure that personal data is only processed for the stated purposes and ensure appropriate security measures.
5.5 Personal information we have collected from you will not be transferred to other countries.

6.2 If we send personal sensitive data such as CPR (personal identity codes), card numbers and other sensitive data to the customer, we communicate via End to End Encryption, which means that the content of the email and attachments are encrypted both during sending and receiving, and will only be available,when mail and attachment are decrypted by the recipient via recipient identification and verification. You will also be able to send an encrypted email back to Funnydane with the same encryption format. All this is done via TLS and PGP / Cloud encryption, and is thus also GDPR Compliant.
